Ingrid ThiemeIngrid joined Arts Team to work on
the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. Her interest in arts buildings dates from her time at the Academy of Arts, Berlin. While at the University of Stuttgart, Frei Otto, Günter Behnisch and Dieter Schempp inspired her in the fields of sustainable architecture and urban planning. After practising in Germany, she worked in New Zealand for five years on projects such as the NZ Parliament, the NZ Pavilion for the 2005 World Expo in Aichi, libraries in Christchurch and high-end residential buildings.
